Yarner Studio is a privately owned home-studio run by an experienced audio engineer. The services available at Yarner are a great option for small live sessions and overdub projects; an affordable alternative to commercial studios with big "live-rooms" and expensive amenities.

Lots of DIY musicians have the ability to make amazing audio recordings at home these days but it may not make sense for many part-time home-studio enthusiasts to keep an inventory of high-quality microphones, audio processors or studio monitors on hand; Yarner offers those resources for small projects at an affordable price.

Yarner is also a friendly and low-key option for folks who are brand new to the recording process and don't require the parameters of a larger scale professional studio.

The studio room is 11' x 19' and outfitted with professional-grade acoustic absorption and diffusion treatments, very similar to a design created by the notable acousticians and studio designers Ethan Winer and Wes Lachot (see the article that Yarner is based on here: EQ Magazine)

"Small projects" refers to sessions that generally require no more than 2 or 3 musicians recording at once (or 8 inputs at once). Projects are considered on a case by case basis and subject to availability and specific recording needs. For inquiries about Yarner or to discuss the goals of your project with Dawn, please send email to the address above.
